| The WACO Seam Thickness Gauge provides fast, accurate, and repeatable measurements of seam thickness when compared to hand micrometers. The gauge is designed to automatically orient the can in the proper position for measurement, eliminating variance due to operator technique. The digital indicators are easy to read, and have an SPC output for connection to automated seam analysis systems such as the WACO Accuseam 2000. Constructed of machined stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long life. The base plate is reversible to double the wear life of the surface. The anvil may also be rotated when worn, to increase wear life. The WACO Seam Thickness Gauge is suited for round cans with diameters from 2” to 6.5”.
